Product Description

 The finest of Serano - 'mountain' - Hams (Jamon Serano Reserva) from Jabugo in Huelva.
Cured for 15-18 months, so not to be mistaken for the cheaper and lesser cured competitors which are far more salty and less tasty and often mistaken for.

These provide the flavour occassionally mistaken for its mediterranean brother, Palma ham, but to the connoisseur and the Spanish lover, its much smoother taste and melt in the mouth texture!
