This famous Iberian ham leg, with its unmistakable flavour and texture due to its special breeding of the Iberian pig, and reared on a specific Acorn and corn fed diet, partly open range on the oak filled pastures.
Curing is then for a minimum of 24-30 months to enable the delicious rich flavour to mature
