 One of the finest tasting Spanish cured Chorizo's. Made from the famous Iberian black hoofed pig, reared free range in oak filled forests and pastures. Its diet consisting of over 90% acorn (chorizo Iberico Bellota de Jabugo - the best known region in Spain for breeding the Iberian pig)

This has a lovely spicy taste from the pimento's and spices, complimenting the exquisit rich flavour from the acorn fed pigs
