These delightful tinned mussels have a hint of spice prepared as soon as possible after fished from one of the most famous Estuaries in Spain on the west Galician coast (Rias Baixas Galicia).

Marinated in white wine vinegar and olive oil, then tinned immediately to ensure the delightful flavour is locked in.
